President and Qualifying Broker with Watts Realty Co., Inc. and active in various civic and industry organizations, Chip graduated from Auburn University in 1996. Chip was awarded the national professional designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2002 and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2004. Chip currently serves as President-Elect for the Alabama CCIM Chapter as well as President and Legislative Liason for the Alabama IREM Chapter #43. Chip is a past president of the Commercial Real Estate Club in Birmingham and previously served as Chairman of the Board of Management for YMCA Camp Cosby and currently serves on the Finance Committee for the Metropolitan Birmingham YMCA. Chip was recognized as 2007 Adult Volunteer of the Year for the Metropolitan Birmingham YMCA and recently recognized as the Birmingham Association of REALTORS 2008 Realtor of the Year. Chip is an inaugural Director for the Birmingham Commercial REALTORS Council. Chip is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Alabama Association of REALTORS. Chip is the 2008 Membership & Credentialing Committee Vice Chair for the national Institute of Real Estate Management and serves as a 2008-2010 Governing Councillor for IREM. Chip continues to expand his education in commercial investment sales and management and provides new energetic approaches to services in investment sales, leasing, and business development while remaining active in local, state and national legislative matters affecting real estate.
