Amanda has been in commercial leasing and sales since 2007 and has proven to be very successful in office and retail tenant representation. Amanda will be broadening her focus at Watts to include landlord representation, development, rehabilitation and, of course, commercial sales. Amanda brings a drive and ambition rarely matched in this profession and will prove to be a very valuable asset to Watts. Amanda graduated with honors from the School of Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Amanda maintains her Registered Nurse certificate and has been an avid volunteer for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for the past 15 years. In fact, Amanda spends a week every summer as the MDA camp's medical staff. Amanda has represented multiple tenants including the Make A Wish Foundation of Alabama and Georgia and State Farm Independent Insurance Agents as well as small, locally-owned businesses.
